Michael Schoenfeldt: The Cambridge Introduction to Shakespeare’s Poetry

This small volume is the first introduction to cover all of Shakespeare’s non-dramatic poems. The target group includes students, teachers and lecturers who are interested in learning more about the complexity of these works and the rhetorical and stylistic development within the different genres, and who generally want something more substantial than simple study aids or just a brief introduction in one of the available onevolume Shakespeare editions. So far this concept seems to work satisfactorily.
